2ndHomes Global Investments

2ndHomes Global Investments is as well a subsidiary of Exposure Enterprises. Its objective is to INVEST or to find interesting INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES for varying small scale residential real estate projects in various parts of the world. These projects share a couple of pre-defined characteristics as described above with Exposure Project Developments:

  • We target at areas or countries with higher than average capital gains and R.O.I.;
  • Locations are in areas of outstanding natural beauty;
  • We will only target countries that are being considered stable in terms of political climate and economic environment;
  • The quality of the residential buildings meet without exception the demands of a very discerning clientele;
  • The real estate developments have to create a warm atmosphere, making prospective buyers feel comfortable immediately;
  • Finds areas to develop with interesting tax conditions;
  • (Co-) Develops small scale quality projects in varying countries (Bali, Brazil, Turkey & more);
  • Offers interesting investment opportunities in new, upcoming or special areas & countries;
  • Runs a private investment fund for international projects with interesting R.O.I.;
  • Scouts areas & projects for investors;

With the ‘Movement of financial powers’ to changing areas and changing international markets we’re able to participate in early stages because of our subsidiary partner 2ndHomes International and its activities.
